My Jeep service center said that it is the piece I need and it will cost $2,000 to replace. I do not have the funds for the unit. Please ask them to include my Gladiator in the recall. Thank you.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Potential Consequences:
My instrument panel cluster on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator has gone totally dark...no speed, no gas gauge, no temp, no milage, no functionality...no can drive!!! I couldn't even get the emissions tested because they can't record the milage on the vehicle. There is a FCA safety recall (#30B) issued for this exact problem for my exact make/model/year, however the dealership (Premier, Hyannis Ma) says there is not a recall, stating "there's a lot of stuff on the internet, we don't have a recall for that", then handed me a $1300 quote to replace the dead panel cluster. I then called the FCA Customer service, they confirmed the recall existed, however my vin # didn't meet the recall.
