Potential Consequences:
I filed previously. The truck just lost power, I was on highway fastin fast lane. Lost power had to cross 3 lanes of high speed traffic. Dangerous. The tone wheel broke. I had to get towed to repair shop 3/8/23, mileage 38171. No parts available till 4/21/23. No rental car? Stranded. NHTSA issued recall. I tried several times to get reimbursed for repairs $1,168.90. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Potential Consequences:
I have an ongoing issue with my Ram pick up, granted it's not a safety issue but an known issue by Chrysler. My issue is with the radio delaminating. Again it's a known issue so well know that when I described the issue the tech behind the desk called out a diagnosis without even going into the vehicle. My truck was purchased used in Michigan but was originally purchased new in Canada so when I went to address the issue the US FCA Chrysler stated it's not their problem it needs to be addressed with FCA Canada. I contacted FCA Canada and was told it's not their responsibility I need to contact the US FCA Chrysler because I am not a Canadian resident. Again, I contacted US FCA Chrysler and was told they could not help me. This is a known issue, I don't care where the vehicle was first sold I just want my vehicle fixed. This issue has been proven to be in both markets, why will nobody take responsibility and do whats right for the customer.

SERVICE BRAKES
Potential Consequences:
Our ABS Traction control light as well as the emergency brake light are illuminated at all times. Along with the traction control. The message states to service braking system - service trailer braking system with an audible ongoing chime. Dealership won’t fix this stating dodge will not sell them the necessary part because it is a faulty part. This is a safety issue. We live in Wyoming where we get an incredible amount of snow. After researching this issue it has become apparent we are not in a minority - there seems to be dodge owners across the county experiencing this exact issue to no avail. No recalls for this very prevalent issue. I have filed a case with dodge cares and I have had no contact.

Defect Description:
ENGINE
Potential Consequences:
In the last 12 months my engine began to have a ticking sound which started out as a slight ticking to now a loud ticking sound. I am afraid that it may lose power or fail all together. I could be driving in heavy traffic or cause a chain effect of crashes. This vehicle is my primary "good" vehicle that I drive. I will be taking my truck to the dealer very soon for inspection.

Defect Description:
ENGINE
Potential Consequences:
Catastrophic failure of the engine. Per dealership investigation, one of the rods broke off the engine. It can be inspected at Lithia Chrysler Jeep Reno, 1050 E Plumb Ln, Reno NV 89502 (775) 501-8593. I was traveling approx. 70mph on [XXX] freeway; terrible banging sound that stopped and lights came on the dash with instruction to shift to P to restart so I knew I had lost power. Fortunately I was on a downhill grade and traffic fairly light. I was able to coast off the freeway and park on a shoulder although braking was impaired and frightening. My life and my son's life and those of people in cars around us were put at risk by this failure. There had been no indications of issues prior to the failure. The truck has had all the required services although I see there are 2 recalls that have not been addressed and I don't understand why since the truck has had multiple services since the recalls; I thought those were taken care of when the vehicle goes in for a service. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
