Defect Description:
ENGINE
Potential Consequences:
11/18/22 (92,495 mi.) - All warning lights on at home and diagnosed at a Honda dealership, after daily rough idle in the mornings. Dealer diagnosed injectors had failed air/fuel test. They replaced pipe set, fuel joint and fuel injector set (all injectors). Covered under extended warranty. 11/30/22 (92, 506 mi.) - When picking up vehicle at dealership after repair, vehicle started running rough again, all diagnostic lights went on. Coolant was found leaking into cylinders when engine is cold, causing misfire. It was determined misfire caused by leaking head gasket. They replaced: head gasket, crank seal, valve coveer gasket, thermostat housing gasket and spark plugs. Covered under extended warranty. 12/18/23 (112,774 mi.) - Same failure mode appeared: all warning lights turned on, rough idle due to cylinder misfire. Took vehicle to a different Honda dealership. They verified code P0304. Cleared code, came right back. Found engine hot, coolan level empty. dry collant noticed visually on driveer side of motor, indicative of falied cylinder head gasket. Diagnosed gasket needed replacement. Currently being repaired at previous dealership.

Potential Consequences:
My car is making loud siren noise when backing up. I took my car to the dealer a few times and they said it's nothing they can do about the noise. They do not know why the noise is happening. I research other Honda cars and people are talking about the same problem. It's not fair my car is making this loud noise. I was willing to pay for it to be fixed but Honda said they understand but it's nothing they can do. I bought my car brand new in 2019. It's only 2024. This problem started at least 1 1/2 to 2 years ago. Honda is still selling cars with this problem occurring in short time. NOT FAIR!!

Defect Description:
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Potential Consequences:
On Dec of 2022 I expereienced my first encounter with the recall and my engine was affected. I was on a busy Highway when the car made some weird noises and then stalled. When I took the car to the mechanic, he stated I needed a new engine. I couldnt understand why however I needed my car and had to get it fixed. Months later, my car again, leaves me on the side of a congested street, because it stalled. This time, im told its the fuel pump. For two months every week, I am at the mechanic because it ends up that my car has two fuel pumps and both went bad. I end up hearing about the fuel pump recall after I spent $8600 on getting my car fixed. I am imploring for full reimbursment. This matter left me on sides of roads many a times and need assistance with getting my monies back.
