Defect Description:
UNKNOWN OR OTHER
Potential Consequences:
The dealer (TMI Incorporated owners of Boise Triumph Indian) refused to do recall work on 3/30/24. They told me to take it to another dealer which is 300 miles away. The nearest dealers are 300 plus miles from Boise. The decision was based on the fact I gave them a bad online review on previous warranty work that was not resolved after 9 months, and that was over two years ago.

Defect Description:
STEERING
Potential Consequences:
[XXX] My brand new Indian Pursuit has a death wobble. Many who have purchased this motorcycle experience the same "death wobble". Polaris (owner of Indian Motorcycles) states it's not a real problem and to just keep hands on the handle bars. They've said this after multiple attempts to repair the issue. They don't seem to know what the root cause is. They have defaulted to blame the customer. This defect (death wobble) will cost lives if not corrected. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
