I was sold a vehicle with an open safety recall on it by General RV in Birch Run Michigan. The vehicle is a 2023 Winnebago Travato 59GL. I had agreed to the sale and was planning on completing the sale once the recall was finished. They forced the sale through prior to the recall being done so they could inflate their sales numbers for that month. They refused to give back a $10,000 deposit.
