VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL

SERVICE BRAKES

tl* the contact owns a 2014 toyota venza. the contact stated that the vehicle shifted gears from park to reverse independently and without warning. the contact rushed to the car to depress the service brake pedal however, the driver's side wheel ran over the contact's left foot. the contact was taken to a nearby hospital where it was determined that the contact sustained soft tissue injuries. the vehicle was taken to the dealer. the technician stated that was the result of too much pressure on the service brakes. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 200.

STEERING

UNKNOWN OR OTHER

the sunroof imploded and completely shattered while parked in our home garage. the vehicle had not been used since friday evening, july 11th. the implosion happened sometime the during the night of july 12th and before 9 am on july 13th when i went to use the car. that is when i discovered that the wind deflector had popped up and the sunroof was shattered. fyi - nothing fell onto the roof of the car to cause the breakage.
