I HAVE FILED A CASE FILE #1407011080 WITH TOYOTA ON JULY 1, AND VISITED DEALER TO GET MY SEAT EXAMINED, BUT TOYOTA HAS NOT REPLACED MY DRIVER SEAT. I HAVE EVEN CONTACTED TOYOTA CUSTOMER SERVICE TWO TIMES BOTH VIA EMAIL ON JULY 14 AND PHONE CALL ON JULY18. BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE OR NOT EVEN A SIMPLE FOLLOW UP. DUE TO VERY LESS CUSHIONNESS IN MY DRIVER SEAT, I AM EXPERIENCING PAIN IN MY LEGS AND HIPS.PLEASE HAVE TOYOTA FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP BY REPLACING VEHICLE SEATS. since i have bought this vehicle since january 2014, i have experienced steady deterioration of driver seat leather cushionness. right now it has decreased by one and half inch to two inches. i have filed a case file #1407011080 with toyota on july 1, and visited dealer to get my seat examined, but toyota has not replaced my driver seat. i have even contacted toyota customer service two times both via email on july 14 and phone call on july18. but there is no response or not even a simple follow up. due to very less cushionness in my driver seat, i am experiencing pain in my legs and hips.please have toyota fix this issue asap by replacing vehicle seats.
