1. my 2005 endeavor has 11,000 kms, covered by the warranty (it has less than a year since i bought it. lst friday i was driving normally to my work when i felt thumps and if it were pulling back and forth. i don't know how but i managed to park, and when i did something under it ripped off and a huge spot of oil appeared. it leaked all the transmission fluid on the pavement. this could have been lethal if it were on a road, according to the mechanic. now mitsubishi refuses to recognize warranty. the cause was a broken hose of transmission fluid which caused the leakage. *nm

i was driving the vehicle home from work when i smelled electrical wire burning through out the car. it was coming from under the glove compartment. i pulled off the road to investigate. the connector to the a/c & heater motor was charred. during internet research i discovered that this is very common occurrence. what people have said on-line was that it was a poor design, thus the connecting pins are too close which causes them to heat up and char the connector. if i would have had a new paper or backpack in that area, it could cause a fire while driving resulting in a fatal accident. i tried reconnecting, that part i used was charred a second time. i believe it should be recalled by the manufacturer.

i was driving along the highway, i smelled what seems to be burning plastic, i saw smoke from under my glove compartment, suddenly my a/c stop working. upon inspection i notice that the electrical plug to the fan motor looked charred/burnt. i removed it for safety reasons. i read over the internet that is a common problem with these vehicles, the item should be recalled.
