Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2019-2021 Dutchmen Aspen Trail, Coleman, Keystone Cougar, Bullet, Passport, Hideout, Springdale, Sprinter, 2019 Keystone Impact, Fuzion, Residence, Retreat, Summerland, and Dutchmen Kodiak recreational vehicles, equipped with Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulators. The regulator may fail, causing an increase in propane pressure.

The affected trailers incorrectly have 4400 pound axles and ST255/75R15D tires and rims, instead of the correct 5200 pound axles and ST255/75R15E tires and rims as specified on the Federal Identification Tag.

The Federal Identification Tag incorrectly indicates the tire load range and size as ST255/75R15E with 80 psi; however, the correct load range and tire size is ST255/75R15D with 65 psi. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

Potential Consequences:
The contact owns a 2020 Keystone Springdale. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V708000 (Equipment). The contact notified the manufacturer of the issue and was informed he could install the propane regulator himself or have the local dealer perform the installation. The contact stated the local dealer no longer provided trailer supplies, and the contact was unable to reinstall the equipment himself. The propane regulator was not replaced. Parts distribution disconnect.

REFERENCE TO EXISTING RECALL 20V398000 OUR FURRION WING STYLE ANTENNA HAS SEPARATED IN THE SAME MANNER AS DESCRIBED IN THE ABOVE NOTED RECALL. AFTER ARRIVING HOME FROM A TRIP WE NOTICED THAT THE "WING" PART OF THE ANTENNA HAD SEPARATED FROM THE BASE AND PULLED OUT TWO COAX WIRES, DAMAGING BOTH. THIS SEPARATION OCCURRED DURING THE DRIVE HOME. MY WIFE HEARD A SOUND DURING THE DRIVE ON HIGHWAY 36, BUT WE DID NOT IDENTIF WHAT OCCURRED UNTIL OUR ARRIVAL HOME. KEYSTONE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE ISSUE.
