Potential Consequences:
The rear left axle hanger tore away from the vehicles frame. I have found people online with the exact same failure and the manufacturer has done some retrofitting on affected models.

Potential Consequences:
Our unit is said to have a frame flex (cracked or broken welds) issue diagnosed by a repair shop that Keystone uses. We previously have had crowning issues with the frame as well as axle issues all of wich Keystone has refused to cover. Keystone says that it is out of warranty, there are many rv's made by Keystone and others with this issue.

Slide unit not working properly, at repair shop and telling me it is a factory structural problem. Keystonerv.com told me out of warranty and i would have to bring it to a Keystone authorized dealer. That is 4 hours from me to have it looked at. I call the dealer and was told that i would have to pay for that service and if Keystonerv would cover it then i would be reimbursed. Couldn't tell me how much.
