The saddle valve securing bolt may be overtightened, possibly damaging the o-ring seal and causing a continuous gas leak.

The adhesive bond between the glass and the metal hinge frame of the frameless crank out vent and egress windows may fail which would then allow the glass to detach and fall out.

The brake relay valve may have an air flow restriction due to a partially blocked orifice, which may cause to extended stopping distance. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 121, "Air Brake Systems."

The contact pulled off the roadway and discovered that the emergency escape window had shattered. The contact stated that the window was not impacted by an object. The RV was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed; however, the RV was not yet repaired. The RV was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V337000 (Visibility).
