Defect Description:

Potential Consequences:
WE TOOK DELIVERY OF THE RV ON JANUARY 31, 2019, WE NOTICED A LEAK FROM THE REAR THE MORNING OF FEBRUARY 2, TOOK IT TO DEALER, THEY SAID TO RETURN MONDAY FOR SERVICE. WHILE DRIVING ON I-75 ON FEBRUARY 3, THE SMOKE ALARM WENT OFF SHUTTING DOWN ALL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, WE PULLED OFF THE ROAD AND OPENED ALL THE WINDOWS TO VENT SMOKE, WE THEN PROCEEDED TO THE DEALER AND SPENT THE NIGHT IN THEIR PARKING LOT WAITING FOR SERVICE TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM THE MORNING OF FEBRUARY 4. THE DEALER'S SERVICE SPECIALIST NICK SAID IT WAS IDENTIFIED AS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT / WARRANTEE PROBLEM AND THE DEALER HAS NOT FIXED IT YET. NICK ADVISED US NOT TO USE THE RV UNTIL REPAIRED AND THAT THE DEALER COULD NOT KEEP THE RV IN THEIR PREMISES.
