Potential Consequences:

WE ARE A DEALER AND HAVE SEEN 5 UNITS WITH THIS ISSUE, SHASTA HAS COVERED REPAIR UNDER WARRANTY BUT HAS NOT NOTIFIED OWNERS/DEALERS OF THE ISSUE OR ISSUED A RECALL. THE WIRING FOR THE MARKER AND BRAKE LIGHTS PASSES THROUGH THE FRAME UNPROTECTED NEAR THE REAR OF THE UNIT AND RUBS. AFTER APROX 500-1500 MILES THE WIRE WEARS THROUGH CAUSING A SHORT.
