Defect Description:
SUSPENSION
Potential Consequences:
Dexter Torsion axle has experienced a sudden failure on one side. Trailer tire/rim has too much negative camber and is almost touching the inner fender. The space between tire and fender on the affected side is 1/2 as much as on the unaffected side of the travel trailer. The travel trailer has NEVER been overloaded and has NEVER hit anything to cause this problem. I do NOT feel safe towing this travel trailer anywhere, including to the dealer. Images of tag on axle and travel trailer ID tag are attached. THANK you for your time. Take care.
