STEERING

purchased 2013 ford edge sport on july 14th. i've had possession of the car for three weeks as of this complaint. the car required service every single week since i've had the car. the last incident was on august 8th. i started the car, and multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard. as the lights appeared, the car violently shuddered, and the brake pedal was stiff and difficult to press down. the steering column also shuddered, and the wheel was difficult to maneuver. this occurred at a supermarket parking lot less than three blocks away from my home. i called my husband, who remained on the phone line via speakerphone as i slowly coasted the car home. i drove the car, coasting the way back home with the hazard lights on, so as not to have to use the brake pedal. the car was towed to the dealership, where they replaced major sections of the steering column. the service manager informed us of this repair, saying that he's never seen such a major manufacturer defect in a brand new car. they made the repair, but i am very concerned that this may not be a unique situation. i am also concerned that because this make of car is so new, that other problems may be occurring that haven't been logged yet...

SERVICE BRAKES

STRUCTURE:BODY:TRUNK LID

the automatic trunk has no sensor for items or people in the way. when you hit the close button, it continues to close despite someone or something in its path. it has no sensor to retract or stop closing. it is extremely dangerous considering the speed and weight of the door. i worry that my child will get caught in the door as my spouse and i have been hit by the door on multiple occasions.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING

tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford edge. the contact stated that the headlights were extremely bright, causing other drivers to become slightly blind. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection where they stated that the light may have needed an adjustment. the vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. the manufacturer was not notified. the failure mileage was 185.

the vehicle hesitates at the time of acceleration and then will surge. the surging occurs at lo speeds and is ,unfortunately, intermittent. a real problem in tight parking lots/parking structures. almost hit a family in a parking lot with a surge of speed. the hesitations can occur at lo or high speeds when you accelerate. i have taken it in several times and they say there is nothing wrong. don't know if it is transmission or accelerator? but it is dangerous.

ford customer service reference # [xxx] 2013 ford edge vin [xxx] on the morning of april 9, 2013 my wife ([xxx]) was driving to work at an elementary school. she was approaching the school at about 20 mph on level street when she noticed that the vehicle was difficult to control. she soon realized that the engine had stalled. luckily there were no children present and she was able to bring the vehicle to a stop without incident. she started the vehicle and pulled into the school parking lot. i reported the problem to the dealer (town and country ford of evansville indiana) and was told to bring it in so that they could find the cause of the problem. they could not find the cause and told me to bring it back in the next time that the problem occurred. i also informed them of a problem with the seat moving for no known reason and about getting much less than the stated gas mileage on pure highway driving. i was told that they could not do anything about these problems either. i requested the number of someone that i could call to complain about these issues. i was given the number of the customer service department. because of the seriousness of the problem the initial contact referred me to a manager. initially the manager offered no more that the dealership, that is to bring it in after it fails again. i explained my concerns about the safety issues of losing control at a high rate of speed or in a school zone. he stated that there were no other reports of this problem. SERVICE BRAKES

one week after purchasing the new ford edge i parked on a hill. approximately 1 hour after eating lunch, i left a restaurant with my family. i pressed the brake before turning the key and the brakes went all the way to the floor. i drove the car home not knowing if the brakes would go out completely. i had no significant problem with the brakes as i drove home. i called ford and took the car in for a checkup. ford stated that the ford edge is engineered to allow for this. i have had several incidents with the bakes going to floor while starting the car and while stopped on a hill. ford insists this is not a concern. i am concerned and told them i do not want the car. the refused to discuss this any further.

ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL

2 weeks after i bought my edge i was attempting to parallel park and when my engine failure light flashed and my car just turned off. i have a push button start so i had to press the brake and attempt to turn the car on again. i took it to the dealership and they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it. so again in april and again a week ago once when i was driving on a normal street (45 mph) and while i was driving down the freeway (75 mph) my car just turned off and stated engine failure low oil. the 2nd time it happened my car had 4,000 miles on it and 5,000 miles the 3rd time. i told the dealership my issues and they told me they couldn't find the problem after having my car for just 24 hours. your right, it's an intermittent issue so it's not just going to happen while you took my car and drove it 100 miles. none the less i shouldn't have to be dealing with this in a vehicle i paid over 40k for. the owner of avis ford, [xxx] told me it wasn't that big of a deal because it only happened 3 times in 5 months. my car turning off while driving is a huge deal and i could have died any of those times. engine failures in a vehicle that is brand new is a huge deal. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).

ENGINE

tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford edge. the contact stated while driving approximately 50 mph the chrome on the steering wheel was blinded the driver and passengers vision. the vehicle was taken to a dealer who recommended she tint the windows. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure and current mileage was 2,000.

1.driver's door arm rest and center arm rest do not align up, when both arms are on the arm rests. 2.drive control know is in the way and makes it hard to use center lower electric console. 3.turn signal stays on when you use it to change lanes, have to reset it. 4.both front doors ,lower storage area, is too long, as things tend to get stuck in the back of the storage area. 5.center storage area is hard to get to, and also things get behind the console and you cannot get to them. 6.no trunk cover, hook ups. 7.back seat did not go all the way down.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING

we were involved in a four car crash. we were the third car. the traffic was a little heavy and stop and go. the two cars in front of us stopped fast and we did too. then we looked in the rear view mirror and saw a honda odyssey coming at us at about 35-40 mph. the driver slammed into the rear of our car. the car started on fire as soon as we were hit. i was in the passenger seat and i could see the flames and smoke coming out of the car. my husband jumped out of the car and i couldn't open my door. my husband then hit the unlock button on his side and then came around to the passenger side and got me out of the car. i was crying and terrified. a business man came from across the street and tried to put the fire out with a fire extinguisher. he had to return back to his business and our new car was still on fire. the police and fire department came and put out the fire. the car was then towed away. i went to the hospital. i was sore from where the seatbelt was and from being so badly jerked back and forth. i am still receiving some medical care. the driver of the honda odyssey was found at fault and issued a ticket. we have yet to find out why this car started on fire. no one at the ford dealership could or would answer that question. can you find the answer this question? is there a defect in this car? three older vehicles in this accident and the only car that starts on fire is our brand new 2013 ford edge with 5,000 miles on it. ford should step up to the plate and acknowledge there is a problem when a brand new car starts on fire.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

i bought my used ford edge with less than 20000 miles. i was excited to have a sony media center, it had great sound. but i've had problems with it from the beginning and continue to have issues. with bluetooth my phone will not connect or loose connection for no reason. the other day it made a phone call without any commands, and no i do not have voice rec. set up or on. even when i use the sys to start a phone call, it 'call fails' or i will be on the line, but hear nothing. i don't talk much in my car, i don't know who is listening. lol also i have a screen to the right of my dash & it does not correlate with my main screen. when i request to make a 'quick call' off my steering wheel it has a different list then my main screen. so dumb!! i also use an ipod via usb. and when i turn of the car and turn it back on the sys does not go back to the ipod, only the radio turns on. then i have to manually tell the sys to connect to the ipod and redo my selections/randoms. which takes forever to go through the props. the sony sys sucks!!! one last thing, i would love if i had a back window instead of just a door. i miss that, why did they get rid of that?

ENGINE

the 1st time my engine shut off was after making a right turn into a neighborhood driving slowly looking for an address. the second time was while pulling into my office parking lot; again at a slow speed and the engine shut off. both instances made steering impossible. i took my edge back to the dealer for both occurrences, however they claim only once!! i was told the 1st time that they could find nothing wrong with it. this most recent instance they kept my car for 2 days, drove it intermittently for 91 miles and could not reproduce the problem, therefore telling me sorry oh well, if we cannot produce the problem there is nothing to fix. i am outraged and do not know what to do from here...

ENGINE

my husband was driving our 2 months old car that time. together with our kid, we were thankful it happened just after we exited the freeway. as we stopped on the first traffic light just after the freeway exit, we smelled something unusual but proceeded to the next traffic light and there the engine started to raise its rpm then when he pumped on the gas the car wont go forward and started to lower its rpm to almost zero and then died right on the traffic light with 1860 mileage. he right away switch the hazard light but fortunately no one is behind us. he turned the key to off and seconds later switch it on to start the car, it started smoothly but living an engine check light on the dashboard. we parked and called the dealership, at the dealership they said we refueled it with wrong gasoline. this is ridiculous, after two months of filling it! i don't believed their conclusion. could you please help make action with all this problem. im afraid and not confident with this car.

VISIBILITY/WIPER

a crack developed in the lower left corner of the windshield (could have been started by a rock strike). every time the defrosters were run (it was very cold weather), the crack would spread. it spread all the way to the opposite right corner in less than a week.

UNKNOWN OR OTHER

we are having a exhaust smell in the cab of our new 2013 ford edge. we first noticed it when passing another car quickly and then letting off on the gas and a few seconds later we get a exhaust smell in the cab. this happens all the time. we have also noticed it when we too a 500 mile freeway trip. i have had it into dealer four times. they have replaced the cabin air extractors twice, replaced the exhaust system, applied sealant to body seams, no luck. this makes for a unpleasant vehicle to drive and concerns of breathing fumes. i'm still waiting to be contacted about another attempt to fix. i no ford is having this problems with some of their other models to.

i was driving on the city streets and without any warning, the power steering kicked out. i didn't realize this and was already committed to making a left turn. i had to use all my strength to make the turn and stay on the road. after clearing the intersection i noticed the car was not accelerating, instead it was decelerating. the car came to a complete stop on the main road. i quickly put on my blinkers. the car then gave a "low engine oil pressure" error message. i put the car in park, waited a minute, and restarted with no further issue. i would have had a big problem if the car stalled out in the left turn or if i couldn't overpower the steering components and went off the road.

ENGINE

engine light went on and coolant high temperature said on the dashboard. my wife was able to drive it home and i check the engine coolant reservoir and found it empty. i went and got my flashlight and saw coolant leak under the engine where the engine base cover is. i called the dealership and spoke to my salesman andrew and he advised me to purchase a coolant at autozone and keep the receipt and bring the car to the dealer first thing in the morning so they could have it check. i am just very disappointed due to the car has barely broken in 744 mile only and just 3 weeks old and i am getting this kind of problem. i hope this is the first and last of my problem with ford. *js

this is a 2013 ford edge limited. it has 13,000 miles and is 15 months old. this vehicle has a myford touch screen and system. this system has been giving us problems since we got the edge. on september 17, 2013 my wife was stopped in a parking lot trying to get the myford touch system to make a call from her cell phone. this cell phone has been paired to the myford touch system since day 1 but refused to recognize the phone to make a call. she was touching the screen to make the call and the screen cracked. the systems that are part of the screen will not work now due to the cracked screen. the driver is forced to manually work around the system controls since the touch screen will not work. ford regional service refuses to replace the cracked touch screen as a warranty issue. the vehicle is well within the warranty period. ford requires $1,500 to replace the cracked touch screen. ford has multitudes of issues with this myford touch system which the touch screen is a part of the overall system. this cracked screen needs to work to make the vehicle as safe to drive as advertised by ford. ford is simply not covering the replacement of an item that is needed for the vehicle to perform safely.

on 10/21/13 at 6:30 am i was driving on my daily route to work along interstate route 95-south. as i was driving over the high level bridge in portsmouth, nh, i heard a very loud bang. the vehicle had not struck any object, nor had any object struck the vehicle. i looked up and saw that the entire moonroof had completely shattered in place. i immediately pulled off the next exit. when i exited the vehicle and inspected its exterior, i confirmed that there was no indication that anything had hit my car. there was no sign of any object having struck the moon roof. there were no localized impact cracks or puncture holes anywhere, yet, a strip along all four edges of the moon roof had separated, while the center area stayed intact, but was completely shattered. i brought my car to the portsmouth, nh ford dealership and the service manager looked at my vehicle's moon roof and agreed that the damage did not appear to be caused by something hitting my car. fmc has documentation of his statement. sm took pictures of the moon roof and submitted a to fmc. fmc immediately denied the request for replacement. in the meantime, the service manager escalated the request because he felt very strongly that this was not a result of something hitting my moon roof. the request was once again denied. mr.xxx has continued to make calls on my behalf this week to fmc, asking how anyone can make a determination without sending someone to inspect the moon roof firsthand. he was repeatedly told for three days that ford was working on coming up with a resolution. on 10/23/13 ford called and offered to pay for half the replacement cost of the moon roof. due to the lack of service from ford motor company, i had to submit a claim through my personal car insurance.

i was driving my company vehicle when suddenly the motor lost any way to increase the speed and little by little the speed went down. i was able to move towards the right line. the vehicle was just shaking, i decided to turn off the motor and turn it on again and the problem disappear. it has happened twice already in my edge. the truck is already at the dealer but according to a call i got on saturday they do not know that the car do has. they have made some tests but so far no failure has appeared.

have noted on multiple occasions the odor of fuel/gasoline in closed cab of 2013 ford edge after starting vehicle. this does not happen every time i start vehicle, but approx 10% of starts it does. i have taken it in to my local ford dealer twice and they said they could find no fuel leak. well, i have continued to experience the gasoline odor multiple times since they checked it. my bumper to bumper warranty will soon expire and i get the impression with the run around i have been getting that ford does not take this complaint serious enough to try a little harder to find the source and fix it. this is not an eco-boost engine, it is a 3.5 liter v6, questioning if this could be same problem ford has had with multiple other models fuel lines, after all they do use alot of the same part in multiple models.

noted leak of fluid from rear of vehicle of my 2013 ford edge. taken to local ford garage, was told it was rear differential vent, so this part was replaced. i was told this problem was a prior recall. continued to have leak from rear of vehicle after repair was done, so vehicle was brought in again, they were advised by ford that the prior fix was the repair, and that they should next check the fluid level, which my local garage had also done, ford then advised them to underfill the fluid to below the differential vent level as the correction. my question is this, is it safe to do this or will this damage my vehicle or cause a safety issue if my vehicle does not have adequate fluid for the parts to work properly.

purchased 2013 ford edge with 27600 miles on it, when taken in for first oil change at 30600 miles i noted power steering fluid level 1/2 inch below minimum mark and marked reservoir tank at this low level to track it, with oil change my local service station filled it up to1/2 way between max and min line in august 2012. after driving vehicle another 5000 miles noted fluid level again at minimum line, set up appt at local ford garage 2-3-14 and voiced my concern about a leak, and showed service manager level at min mark and explained i prior noted low level as indicated by previous line i marked to show how low fluid actually was and that i had it filled as mentioned above. on 2-3-14 appointment they checked vehicle for leak and said there was none. took vehicle in to my local service garage (not my local ford garage) on 2-12-14 with 35750 miles in it and they found leak of high pressure hose and possible leak of banjo fitting. will take in to ford garage again saturday 2-15-14 as had already set up appointment last week because have heard high pitch squeal on occasion when turn steering wheel left or right and wanted power steering checked again, with bumper to bumper warranty about to expire in 250 miles, wonder if i'll get the run around again or if they will see the leak now and service this vehicle right.

arriving home the evening of february 15, 2014 my two sons (both adults) smelled something burning when we got out of the car at our house. upon inspection, they noticed the rubber cover over the positive post on the battery had melted slightly. i called the nearest ford dealer monday morning (2/17/14) to have them check it out. they discovered that the wrong circuit breaker assembly had been installed on the battery. and to make matters worse, the fuse was by-passed with the use of a large paper clip. talk about rigging something up!!! this paper clip had gotten so hot it even burned a hole in the top of the battery about the size of a quarter. i have a photo. this was only discovered when the new circuit breaker assembly was about to be installed. it was all hidden by the rubber cover. we did not think to inspect this upon purchase in july, 2013. it was a brand new car! this was a tragedy waiting to happen. fortunately it did not. but someone at either the manufacturer or the dealership rigged this instead of putting the proper part on it.

for about 3 days the message kept coming on that the front passenger airbag was not working. the on/off light said off about 98% of the time. and a icon light in the dashboard would occasionally come on. the message said the sensor was blocked, but there wasn't any change in the area around the seat. went to service the 2/19 and they said they could not find anything wrong. it actually turned back on when i drove in to drop it at service, of course. but we did go about 3 days with no airbag for some reason. just felt i should report this before it becomes a problem.

driving my grandson to his basketball game last friday evening, driving on the hwy at 60 mph, my power steering completely quit. i had to drag the car to the side of the road where it totally shut down. i had it towed to the dealer and was told the power steering belt broke and wrapped around the crank shaft. i had no warning at all, nothing showed on the dash to check engine or service. very terrifying experience, luckily we didn't have an accident while trying to get it off the hwy.

in view of all the cars being recalled for failure of what would appear to be relatively simple devices, it occurs to me that i should report this incident, in case there have been other reports of the same problem. while driving in light traffic on a four-lane divided city street in atlanta, ga, on 3/17/13, a sunday afternoon, without warning of any kind, the engine suddenly stopped. of course, i had no power or power steering, but fortunately i was able to get the car over to the shoulder safely (fortunately there was a shoulder). the ford emergency road service sent a tow truck, which towed the car to the nearest ford dealer. the next day the dealer's service dept. found that the fuel sender had become detached from the fuel pump. of course, without fuel, the engine stopped. they re-attached the sender, and i have had no further problem. everything was handled promptly and properly by ford. there was no charge, of course, as the vehicle was still under warranty. however, had this failure occurred just five minutes earlier, i was in the inside lane of a busy interstate highway (i-285) going 70 mph. i can't imagine how i would have been able to navigate the car to safety across four lanes of traffic with no power - or else stop in the inside lane i was in and pray i didn't get hit before the tow truck came. a simple solution to a potentially deadly problem. i doubt that any routine testing or maintenance would have revealed this potential detachment. it would appear that there is a potential flaw in the way these vitally important parts are attached. it seems to me that this potential bears investigation by the fhtsa. upon closing the drivers door, the cabin lights remained on and the 'door ajar' indicator lamp was illuminated on the dash. after repeated opening and closing of the door, the problem went away. this problem keeps happening once or twice a week. one time the problem occurred while driving at night, the cabin lights came on and startled me. this could have caused an accident due to sudden reduced visibility. i did some research and it is a common problem that ford knows about because they have a technical service bulletin on it, tsb# 14-0083. the repair consisted of removing the inner door panel and cleaning the actuator switch. the warranty on this car has expired, so the repair cost me $164.00. i think ford should have paid for this in full. why is this not on a recall?

my wife was driving the 2013 edge when she stop in a left turn lane. she found the road was clear and stepped on the gas but the car did not go forward. instead a warning message popped out saying the engine level is too low. then she turned off the engine and restarted the car. same thing happened and the car just didn't accelerate. at last she managed to coast the car to the roadside and called me for help. i arrived in about 20 mins, checked the oil level and coolant temp but found nothing wrong. so i restarted the car and this time it could accelerate as usual. after getting home i contacted the ford roadside assist and had them tow the car to the nearby dealer. there they scanned the car but all tests passed and no code had been recorded. the explanation given by the ford hotline is that the boa(brake over accelerator) feature reduces engine power during off-idle driving when the accelerator and brake pedals are applied simultaneously. i think that doesn't make any sense. i also tried to step on both the brake and gas with one foot but there is no way you can duplicate the problem. this will be really scary if it happens on the freeway. i feel so frustrated by ford.

tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford edge limited. the contact stated that the rubber seal for the vista sun roof was defective and as a result, failed to close completely. the contact mentioned that due to the failure water leak in causing water damage on the passenger side. the carpet and both front and rear passenger leather seats were severely damaged by water. the manufacturer was contacted. the vehicle was taken to the dealer. the technician diagnosed that the sun roof track needed to be replaced. however, after further inspection the technician determined that the sun roof track did not need to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage 78 miles and the current mileage was 2,000.

about 6 months ago while going up an incline the engine shut off at the top (lost all power to brakes and steering) and the "engine low oil pressure light came on". turned the key off waited a minute and car started right up. did not happen again until yesterday 7/5/14 while driving (25mph) on local street (level) the same thing happened car shut off without any warning had to step on brake until car would stop (lost all power to brakes and steering) and "engine low oil pressure light came on". turned key off and waited a minute and car started right up. did not bring to dealership first time it happened but will this time. definitely a safety concern if this happeneds on a highway going highway speeds.

i have been having issues with the driver's "door ajar" being on constantly. the door is clearly shut; however, there is a constant beeping warning that the door is open. due to this warning, the car will not allow for the doors to be locked when the car is in motion. this is a major concern having two young children. in addition to the safety issue mentioned above, the dome light is now delayed from turning off upon exiting the vehicle. took this into the dealership and they wanted $500 to fix. this past weekend, i am now receiving a warning that my liftgate is open as well. i had no success after attempting to close the liftgate multiple times. this lock mechanism seems to have a clear issue which ford is hesitant to address. i really hope they get this fixed asap or i will not be purchasing ford products again.

the driver side door becomes ajar even when shut and you have to open and shut the door numerous times to have the alert go away. the dome lights stay on and at night this not safe. also, every time you start to accelerate the car beeps and tells you to put the car in park, which is a distraction. also this prevents the doors from locking while the vehicle is in motion and causes the interior lights to remain on in the vehicle when parked. if continue to drive while door ajar lamp is illuminated the alert will also chime every time i start from a complete stop which very distracting.

purchased my 2013 ford edge in august 2013. car has 9300 miles on it. last night the car was parked outside for 90 minutes. when we got back to the car, we noticed the back window was shattered. the window did not look like anything had hit it. the window shattered outward. if something had it the window, the window would have shattered inward into the car. when we left the car the outside temp was 77 when we got back to the car 90 minutes later, the outside temp was 70. so as near as we can figure out the window just shattered on its own.

the " driver door ajar" warning light remains on constantly. being a senior citizen, i'm concerned about being car jacked when stopped because the door locks will not automatically activate when the warning light is on. also, the interior lights remain on for a period of time which can alert a car jacker. the ford dealer estimate to repair the latch sensor is $470.

back half of the vista roof exploded in all four corners. there are some cracks in the middle of the glass, but the corners are blown out; especially towards the rear. the roof inside the car looks like it was suctioned up. i was driving and heard a very loud pop. when i stopped to and checked the roof i found the broken glass. the car is like new and there had been no prior incidents or damage to it. i take very good care of the car. there was no impact when this happened; i was just driving down the road on a hot summer day. ford claims they are not responsible. there is no explanation as to how this could happen other than a defect in the glass or installation of it. i have read about several other ford edge owners that this has happened to.

this is the issue of door ajar light staying 'on' for the driver side front door. the door ajar light stays 'on' even though the door is properly shut. it was started as an intermittent issue but now the warning stays 'on' all the time and the instrument cluster shows the front driver side door stays open all the time. every time i stop, the warning for door ajar comes on. i am not sure if this is a safety issue or not but initially every time the warning sounds, i used to look at instrument panel for what the warning is about but now i have started to ignore it. i hope i don'¿¿t ignore any other important warnings that are related to safety.

after closing the door then starting the vehicle the "door ajar" will not go off which notifies the driver to put the vehicle in park. i think this is a safety issue as the vehicle may not protect the driver and passengers in the event an accident occurs. i also noticed that when turning the vehicle off to get gas or etcetera, it keeps notifying you to put the vehicle in park. i think this is directly related to the door latch being faulty. ford wants $400 to repair this item which i think is a safety issue and should be recalled as many edge owners are experiencing the same faults.

the door ajar warning light continued to stay on even after closing the driver side door. we "googled" the situation and found out that many owners of ford edge vehicles have reported this problem. we took it to a dealership to get repaired. we did have an extended warranty, but ended up paying $150 diagnostic fee. the total cost was $459.00 (extended warranty paid). after reading the blogs about this repair, we would like to see this be a recall for the vehicle.

SERVICE BRAKES

around 8/25/2014 i noticed my breaks making a funny hissing noise when i pushed on the breaks. it seemed to be breaking (stopping) fine, but still worried me. i told my husband about it a couple days later and he was unsure of the problem. as days passed, the breaks got weaker and weaker (taking a lot longer to come to a complete stop). i now have to start breaking a lot further back than normal to coast into a stop. this morning (9/11/2014) i was about to backup into a parking spot in my companies parking garage; while i was preparing to angle my car to reverse into the spot, my breaks locked up and would not stop! i almost rolled into the parked car in front of me. i had to throw my car in reverse before i actually hit the parked car!! i am taking my car into the dealer first thing in the morning! appears from other recent complaints that this is an ongoing issue and it needs to be resolved. what if i had been traveling at a faster rate of speed when my breaks decided to fail? this is putting my life, my families life, and others on the road at risk!!
