Safety Issue:

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Fleetwood Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2023-2025 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, and 2022-2023 Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The engine exhaust tip may detach, allowing exhaust fumes to enter the cabin.

Potential Risk:
Exhaust fumes inside the cabin increases the risk of injury or death from carbon monoxide poisoning. In addition, a detached exhaust tip can become a road hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.
FREE Recall Solution:
Dealers will install a clamp to the exhaust tip, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed April 26, 2025. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 250221REV.

Safety Issue:

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2020-2024 Fleetwood Bounder, Holiday Rambler Vacationer and 2020-2023 Fleetwood Southwind motorhomes. The tow hitch may become damaged due to stress or vehicle overloading, which can cause the tow vehicle to separate from the motorhome.

Potential Risk:
A tow vehicle that separates from the motorhome can become a road hazard, increasing the risk of a crash.
FREE Recall Solution:
Dealers will inspect and replace the hitch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 27, 2023. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 230516REV.

Safety Issue:

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2021-2023 Holiday Rambler Vacationer, Invicta, Navigator, Admiral, Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Pace Arrow, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Fortis, Flair, 2023 Fleetwood Flex and Holiday Rambler Eclipse motorhomes. The service valves on the LPG tanks may have improper thread depth, which can cause a propane leak.

Potential Risk:
A propane leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
FREE Recall Solution:
Dealers will inspect and if necessary replace the service valves, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed February 20, 2023. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Fleetwood Bounder, Fortis, Southwind, Holiday Rambler Invicta, and Holdiay Rambler Vacationer motorhomes. The step tread on the interior entryway steps may be improperly secured, causing the tread to become loose.

Potential Risk:
Loose step tread may shift or detach when stepped on, increasing the risk of injury.
FREE Recall Solution:
Dealers will repair or replace the tread as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 19, 2023. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 221104REV.

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2018-2019 Fleetwood Jamboree, 2020-2023 Fleetwood Southwind, Bounder, Flair, Fortis, Holiday Rambler Admiral, Invicta, Vacationer, 2021-2023 Fleetwood Discovery, Discovery LXE, Holiday Rambler Navigator, Armada, Nautica, 2023 Fleetwood Flex, Holiday Rambler Eclipse, 2021 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE, 2018 Holiday Rambler Vesta, 2022-2023 Fleetwood Frontier, 2021-2022 Fleetwood Pace Arrow, Holiday Rambler Endeavor, and 2019 Holiday Rambler Augusta motorhomes. The hydraulic lines may have been improperly routed, secured, or protected, which can result in a hydraulic fluid leak.

Potential Risk:
A hydraulic fluid leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
FREE Recall Solution:
Dealers will inspect the hydraulic hoses for chafing or heat damage, and install hose protection, or replace them as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 28, 2022. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417.

Defect Description:

EQUIPMENT:APPLIANCE:OVEN/STOVE/COOKTOP

Potential Consequences:

The contact owns a 2022 Fleetwood Bounder RV equipped with a Dometic Three Burner Cooking Stove. The contact stated that the cooking stove was leaking propane. The Carbon Monoxide alarm sounded. The local dealer was notified of the failure and sent a mobile technician, who performed a bubble test and determined that the cooking stove was defective, and the gas tank regulator was opened. The gas tank regulator was turned off. The cooking stove was not repaired. The contact stated that he was exposed to Carbon Monoxide poisoning and was taken to the hospital, where he received medical attention. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 1,200.

SEAT BELTS

Potential Consequences:

Seatbelts-The table seatbelts (x2) are two short/small. They are extended out to the max size. I am 5’8, 150 pounds. I have to squeeze in my stomach to get seatbelt to latch. Other occupants of vehicle are larger than me ( males) can’t utilize seatbelt due to it being to short in size. ( This was addressed with dealership, who said this is the standard seatbelt size, and won’t replace seatbelts) Driver side side mirror- blocks view of curb/ road lines when trying to make a left hand turn. Driver side sliding window- window frame is set too far forward.Should of been a couple inches set back, when built. You have to lean very forward too see out window when making a left hand turn.
