Safety Issue:
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Coachmen Chaparral and Shasta, 2019-2020 Coachmen Concord and Orion, 2020-2021 Coachmen Cross Trek and Forest River Berkshire, 2019-2021 Coachmen Freelander, Leprechaun and Prism, 2020 Coachmen Mirada, Pursuit and Sportscoach, Dynamax Force, DX3, Dynaquest XL and Isata and Forest River Wildwood and 2008 and 2020 Forest River Salem vehicles equipped with Dometic 3 burner cooking stoves. The saddle valve securing bolt may be overtightened, possibly damaging the o-ring seal and causing a continuous gas leak.

(Forest) is recalling certain 2020-2021 Forest River Forester, Sunseeker, Dynamax Isata and Coachmen Galleria and Prism motorhomes built on Sprinter Van chassis equipped with swivel seats. The wiring harnesses for the front seats may have been routed incorrectly and could become jammed and damaged in the swivel seat frames.

The operator's manual does not correctly specify certain conditions under which the automatic parking function ("Auto-P") operates.

VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL
Potential Consequences:
This Coachmen Prism 2150CB motorhome, built on a 2018 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 chassis, is now going back to the dealer a third time for the same problem. First time, rear wheel speed sensors were replaced while in for other service as a part of a recall. No big deal. But apparently the issue is not isolated to rear wheel speed sensors. At 11k miles, 500 miles from home, another wheel speed sensor went out, this time the left front. Now, at 14k miles, 1500 miles from home, the right front wheel sensor went out. When this occurs, the following systems do not work: ABS, ESP, cruise control. Why were ALL wheel speed sensors not included in the recall?
Corrective Action:

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 COACHMEN PRISM RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, AN ABNORMALLY LOUD BANGING SOUND WAS HEARD ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE OF THE RV. AFTER STOPPING TO INSPECT THE RV, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE 12 FOOT MOTORIZED RETRACTABLE AWNING WAS UNSECURED, AND NEARLY DETACHED FROM THE RV. THE ROAD RANCHER WAS CALLED TO THE SCENE AND A REPORT WAS TAKEN. THE RV WAS LATER DRIVEN TO THE LOCAL RV REPAIR SHOP APPALACHIAN RV REPAIR LOCATED AT 5606 NC 226 S, MARION, NC 28752, HOWEVER, THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE WAS NOT YET DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT YET NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 13,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.*DT
