9/17/2013enroute to workplace vehicle loses acceleration on highway-turned on hazard lights and begin to pull to shoulder of exit ramp on highway i try the gas pedal twice more-car begins to accelerate once again. check engine light (amber) turns on. 8:45i call dealership and am told by service department to bring it in but they are 3 days behind schedule and they will do their best to try get to it 9:00called and spoke to sales manager who sent someone to p/u vehicle. 3:30car returned when i asked what the problem was, i was told that a "fuse" was loose and must not have been properly installed. 9/24/2013 5:30enroute to home. vehicle loses acceleration on nw military hwy. malfunction light comes on and i press gas to acceleration. press brakes vehicle regains acceleration. malfunction light stays on. drive directly to dealership. speak with general manager. service department still has ticket open from the 17th incident. service employee reads notes on ticket. transmission differential ratio. false code. leo-general manager has enterprise rental provide rental car. rental car must be chrysler product. dodge charger given as rental car remains at dealership what are my options at this point we have not made our first payment to finance company! *js

this was a rental car. when starting to brake, my shoe caught on the foot well which interfered with my braking. this happened multiple times. there was an extra snow mat installed by the rental company, which i removed. after that it only happened once. the foot well is definitely not designed to allow proper transfer of a foot from accelerator to brake especially for bigger sized feet. the pedals on the model i was driving are not adjustable. i have seen one other similar complaint on the internet, that user removed the floor mat to resolve the problem

remote start randomly fails to engage (on average of once a month) the horn beeps only once when remote system is engaged and car fails to start. dashboard display between the driver's gauges states the remote start is disabled. the car must be manually started to reset the remote start system. actual model not listed on your drop down selection : chrysler 300s 2012 awd
