service warning light came on dashboard : service all wheel drive. i took my new car back to dealership and was told it was a computer "glitch" that gm apparently "was aware of". this could be bigger than it seems and warrants further investigation.

SERVICE BRAKES

i have taken my vehicle in numerous times for the same issue; the brakes & radio. the radio screen becomes black off & on. the major issue are the brakes. the dealer supposedly has replaced the booster. this is now my fifth time taking it into the dealer. when you press down on the brakes it releases air & the brake pedal seems to have no cushion. it goes all the way down!!! i've only had this car a couple of months!

radio will go to a blank screen causing loss of bluetooth functions and forcing the driver to use his or her cell phone which is not easily accessible, dealership has not been able to repair the problem and there is no way to turn the system back on until it decides to do it on its own.

from the very first time of driving this vehicle it was noted that the rear window has cloudy circles in it which are very pronounced especially under sunny conditions. this could lead to visibility problems especially during a reverse back up procedure and could create a hazard in doing so. this problem was noted on other 2014 traverse vehicles on the dealer's lot.

related to nhtsa campaign number: 14v266000 i purchased a 2014 chevy traverse from ekins chevrolet on june 7th, 2014 and took the vehicle home the same day. on june 18th, 2014 i received a phone call indicating that recall parts were ready to be installed despite that i did not receive any notice from the dealership that the vehicle i purchased had a known safety defect that had not been fixed. the sale of the vehicle with this safety defect is in direct contradiction with the stop delivery order (dcs 3238) issued by gm on may 18th, 2014.

as we pulled up in the 2014 chevy traverse around 2 o'clock in the morning my father shifted into park and tried to turn the car off and pull the key as he did that the key would not come out the ignition and we tried multiple times then we called on star then they transferred us to chevy roadside, they couldn't find a solution so they told us to remove the key fob and cover the dashboard we took it to the shop the next day and we were supposed to get it back yesterday but guess what, the damn key got stuck again, when he was trying to show us the remote start.

while driving on a major highway, my new 2014 chevy traverse lost all engine power. this is the 2nd time this has happened in several months. my vehicle lost power, lights went off and i nearly escaped a car accident while steering without any engine power! there was no warning- no lights warned us, no sounds, no sputtering- just lost engine power. i nearly was killed and avoided an accident on the highway. several lights went off: "trak control off, check stab trak." gm has another vehicle on their hands that must be recalled. i do not want to put my young children back in this vehicle. it will kill someone. this is the 2nd event with this "computer glitch." several months ago, as i drove the car off the lot - the lights went off and gm dealer said it was a computer glitch. to drive a new car, and without any warnings - no warnings when the engine completely shut down is a danger to the public. this is unacceptable. i don't want a new computer part. i won't drive this vehicle, it will kill someone.
