passenger seat belt light indicator reads passenger is not buckled when seat belt is buckled. indicator stays on, warning beep is constant.

tl* the contact owns 2015 chevrolet tahoe. the contact stated that the entire audio system failed and as a result, there was no audible chime to indicate the contact of any safety warnings. the vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the entire audio system needed to be replaced. the contact received notification of nhtsa campaign id number: 14v301000 (electrical) but did not confirm if the vehicle was included. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 3,980.

tl* the contact owns a 2015 chevrolet tahoe. the contact stated while driving approximately 45 mph the contact crashed into another vehicle causing that vehicle swerve into the opposite lane and crash into three other vehicles. the air bags failed to deploy and the contacts seat belts failed to lock. medical attention was required for the passengers of the other vehicle for unknown injuries. a police report was filed. the vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic. the failure was not diagnosed but the entire front panel needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 9200.

tl-the contact owns a 2015 chevrolet tahoe. the contact stated when the vehicle is in all/ four wheel drive the service light illuminated. that it need to be serviced. when turing the corner the vehicle jerks. the problem is recurred daily. the vehicle was inspected three times and diagnosed that program transmission is defected and need to be repaired and the manufacturer do not have a resolution to this matter. the vehicle was not repaired. the contact send a email ten days ago to the manufacturer and have not heard back. the failure mileage was 100 miles. jb
