audi a4 2011 Complaints

POWER TRAIN

i have had two instances of "sudden clutch failure", the first at 4,800 miles, the second at 31,000 miles. i was traveling on i-80 when suddenly the clutch started slipping and then burned out, leaving me stranded on the shoulder. according to audi of oakland, the clutch failure has resulted in the clutch being in a "molten state" and the heat was so extreme that the clutch release bearing is fused to the transmission shaft. i have inspected the parts and have photos from that inspection. audi of america repaired the clutch at their own expense after the first instance, but is denying any responsibility for this second occurrence. i have been driving standard shift volkswagen's and audio's for 40 years and have never needed to replace a clutch before these two instances.

ENGINE

i have a 2011 audi a4 2.0t that continues to consume oil which lead to a major engine malfunction @ 25k; 26k & now @36k the engine seized on the highway nearly causing an accident on the highway as of 10/31/13 i have over a years worth of investigation notes about audi's procedures to dealing with customers. using myself as test subject to endure the misdirection and lies to perpetuate this cover-up there are over 1000 complaints documented for this oil consumption issue which can lead to your engine seizing up at high speeds. http://www.topix.com/forum/autos/audi-a4/t532rvb94d9dr4ei0/p7 audi of america refuses to handle this dangers defect in their audi 2.0t engine because of the obvious cost associated with another recall for the audi a4 model 2009-2012. combined with the already court mandated recall of 2002-2006 audi 1.8t engines. i have nearly been in three accidents from my car violently shaking to audi most recently rushing to replace my complete engine at 36,000 miles to avoid a 15day clause in california to classify a vehicle as a lemon this car has been in the shop for more 46+ days due to the same issue as described in the service bulletin link below. i find it quite appauling that nhtsa has yet to force a recall for the american consumer. at 25,055 miles, on november 26, 2012, the audi a4 began experiencing severe engine problems that caused the vehicle to violently shake coupled with a flashing check engine light and epc light. this left the vehicle in a debilitated state. after 4 days at the dealer, the dealer was unable to conclude the exact cause of the violent shaking but instead made what seemed like makeshift repairs to the cylinders, injection, and intake manifold. the saga continues for 1000 other consumers: http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/direct/view/.f20ff85 & http://www.topix.com/forum/autos/audi-a4/t532rvb94d9dr4ei0/p7 please review & help.
